Week 1
Resourcing Ourselves
You will learn 5 essential ways to resource yourself, including learning Pain Science, the positive effects of Meditation on pain, and how to use your breath and felt sense to find comfort in your body despite pain.

Week 3
Attention, Awareness, Presence
You will learn a new way to relate to stress, anxiety, and pain. You will also learn to investigate and gain insight with compassion and without judgment of emotions.
Week 2
Cultivating Inner Resouces of Safety
You will learn about the Nervous System and its relationship to pain and trauma. You will learn to further resource yourself by practicing techniques to down-regulate the nervous system and pain to build inner resilience.
Week 4
Emotional Self-Awareness
You will learn ways to nurture yourself with self-compassion, self-care, and freedom of movement. We will learn to explore emotions in a new way, by communicating with our emotional body--our subconscious--which holds important information for us.
Week 5
Understanding Painful Perception
We continue to use our body as the doorway and learn to communicate with pain in new ways as we decrease our fear of pain or perception of it as our enemy. We also dive deeper into our emotions, perceptions, and thoughts that add to
our suffering.
Week 7
Coming From the Heart
Together, our practices bring us deeper into our heart as we practice opening our hearts to ourselves, letting love in, and feeling our interconnectedness with one another.
Week 6
Grief, Taking in the Good, Metta
We acknowledge and start to release
our grief as we mourn our past and honor ourselves with loving kindness. Then we turn to the practice of taking in the good as we build our capacity for joy.

Week 8
The Power of You
We experience the power of laughter and learn about "Happy Hormones". We then create individualized prevention and pain flare-up action plans . We end with experiencing the power of who we are as individuals and as a community.
“I want to thank you for offering this C.A.M.P. . .It was well appreciated and it was wonderful to listen to both of you. The weeks went by fast and we all formed a little community together. We are who we are and that is what makes this group so special.” - I.
