I believe the body, mind, and spirit have wisdom that we are not trained in this society to take time to stop and listen. Through my own experience of chronic pain and learning the importance of whole body healing, it is my passion to work with others to help them to transform and release physical and emotional pain, reconnect to their authentic self, and feel a sense of hope, empowerment, and well-being.
