In this guided forest bathing workshop, you’ll be invited to slow down, awaken your senses, and let nature’s calm wash over you. Come nourish your mind, body, and spirit while discovering how deeply restorative simply being in the woods can be.​​​​

Deborah is a Licensed Holistic Occupational Therapist, Certified Integrative Somatic Therapist, and Reiki Master

Theresa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Art Therapist, and Reiki Master.

Watch this FREE video series that teaches breathing exercises, guided meditations, how to manage thoughts and emotions, pacing, strategies to decrease anxiety and regulate your nervous system, as well as graded physical exercises to rebuild strength and stamina.

 

*Many clients who experience anxiety but not long covid have found these videos helpful as the focus is regulating your nervous system and feeling embodied again.
